It will be time to ride soon, if it ever stops snowing, time to check out your machine readiness. Is your registration up to date, insurance coverage and how about your IORC membership?
For Interlake OffRoad Club (IORC) April 1st is the beginning of the membership year, time for new and renewed memberships in time for the new riding season to begin.
Your membership in IORC carries with it a number of attributes and member benefits. Some of the more significant of these are:
• Authorized access to designated municipal roads, designated off road trails and facilities.
• Authorized access to an intercommunity trail network following the historic rail line right of way extending from Rd 82N, south of Balmoral to Arborg, over 80 km. This trail has been partially upgraded, approximately 50%, in 2025 and with significant work planned for this year.
• Member and Club liability insurance coverage, a requirement for the authorized access identified
• Access to the IORC club events and activities.
• Off Road Vehicle basic and extended coverage insurance (ATV and snowmobile) discounts through Garriock Insurance, Gimli.
• Access to our website: Interlake Offroad Club on the “stack team.app”, and our new website interlakeoffroadclub.com, soon to be announced, for events, member activities, announcements and the group information venue on Facebook: Interlake OffRoad Club Corporation, for events, member activities and general information.
A membership application form can be found and downloaded from the documents section of this site. New and renewal applications with payment may be mailed to IORC, PO Box 1253, Gimli, MB, R0C 1B0 or dropped off at Garriock Insurance, Gimli. You can also process your application /application renewal by sending the completed form by email to
interlakeoffroadclub@gmail.com and payment by e-transfer to the same address,
interlakeoffroadclub@gmail.com. If you are submitting an application by email, an attached file copy or a picture copy of the completed application form and release / waiver is fine.
IORC is a non profit organization committed to promoting safe, courteous and enjoyable ORV use for its membership. IORC activities and initiatives are focused toward the improvement of the off road experience for its members. IORC is a member of ATVMB, a province wide umbrella organization that provides support to member organizations and enables authorized access to a continually growing network of trail facilities.
